Grandwoods

The shores of Lake Huron have been a well known summer hot spot for generations. One town in particular is Grand Bend, Ontario. I recently had the privilege to photograph a specular luxury cottage in this beautiful beach town.

This modern cottage is nestled in the woods of Southcott Pines, and just a short fifteen minute walk from a private beach. It was an immaculately clean open concept beauty, with large family spaces, a neutral colour palette, polished slate floors, warm wood accents, floor to ceiling windows, magnificent contemporary furnishings and decor.

The hosts spares no expense on amenities for their guests. From a thoughtful welcome basket, helpful creative signs, gaming stations, a pool table, and great technology amenities such as Netflix and Alexa.

The location is absolutely perfect. You are close enough to Grand Bend, to gain the beach bun experience, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest.
